Scarlet Desert Guide
Scarlet Desert is the second Luclin essence-gate zone. This guide covers the Shadowed Eclipse parent-folder scripts for Scarlet, including the Sun Guardian trigger and the Elite Sun Revenant encounter.
Access
Scarlet Desert access is granted by finishing Grimling Forest. The Envoy can create Scarlet instances, and the Harbinger of Luclin works here as the Luclin zone puller.
Progression Checklist

Named Reward Pool
Scarlet named use Luclin script loot rather than classic Scarlet loot. The important Scarlet mirrored pool includes:
- Mirrored Ring of the Frozen Heart +1
- Mirrored Icy Ring of Draconic Might +1
- Mirrored Dragonscale Sash of Klandicar +1
- Mirrored Dragonscale Sash of the Crusaders +1
- Mirrored Leggings of the Tower +1
- Mirrored Tunic of the Tower +1
- Mirrored Wristguards of the Tower +1
Named can also drop Veru gems and Luclin class armor rolls from the shared class gear pool.
Sun Guardian And Elite Sun Revenant
The Sun Guardian listens for the word "sun" and has a 1 minute cooldown. When ready, it announces the cauldron awakening and spawns Elite Sun Revenant.
Elite Sun Revenant uses the same pressure style as the Luclin boss scripts: life drain, debuff cleansing, and high incoming damage if the fight drags. Its rewards include a random Veru gem, a random Grimling mirrored reward, a random Luclin class armor piece, a chance at Crushed Cherries, and a chance at either Reinforced Gem of Melee or Reinforced Gem of Defense.
Practical Route
Finish the 40 trash essence first, then work the eight required named until each one has credited. Use the Sun Guardian trigger whenever it is up for the Elite Sun Revenant loot package, then continue to Mons Letalis.
