Mons Letalis Guide
Mons Letalis is the lethal mountain step between Scarlet Desert and The Grey. This guide covers the current Shadowed Eclipse parent-folder scripts for Mons Letalis.
Access
Mons Letalis access comes from completing Scarlet Desert. The Envoy can create Mons Letalis instances, and the Harbinger of Luclin works here as the Luclin zone puller.

Named Reward Pool
Mons Letalis named use the server's Luclin script loot. Important Mons Letalis mirrored rewards include:
- Mirrored Sleeves of the Tower +1
- Mirrored Cowl of the Tower +1
- Mirrored Clawed Earring of the Tomb +1
- Mirrored Shard of the Scales +1
- Mirrored Boots of the Tower +1
- Mirrored Shawl of Lendinara +1
Named can also drop Veru gems and Luclin class armor rolls from the shared class gear pool.
Earth Guardian Encounter
A Stationary Stonegrabber is the trigger NPC. Hail it when its 10 minute character cooldown is ready. If the boss is not already up, the Stonegrabber spawns Elemental Essence of Earth at its own location and tells you the ground has cracked open.
Elemental Essence of Earth is the actual boss. It despawns after 30 minutes if left alive. During combat it cycles three spell mechanics:
- Avatar Power every 35 seconds.
- Bury every 30 seconds.
- Earth Wave every 12 seconds.
The boss drops a random Veru gem, a random Mons Letalis mirrored reward, a random Luclin class armor piece, has a 30% chance at one of Reinforced Gem of Defense, Reinforced Gem of Melee, or Reinforced Gem of Hybrid, and has a 25% chance at Crushed Cherries.
Practical Route
Clear trash until the 40 essence requirement finishes, then work the required named list. Kill A Stationary Stonegrabber's spawned Elemental Essence of Earth for the extra reward package and Crushed Cherries piece. Once the essence checklist completes, continue to The Grey.
