Coins of Fate
The Minor Coin of Fate is a consumable chance item. Right-click it to spend one coin and receive a random outcome.
Finding Coins
Coins can appear on dangerous named encounters. The Najena guide lists Minor Coin of Fate among several bosses' possible drops. Nicadius Quellborn in Unrest also discusses the coins through his coins of fate dialogue.
Minor Coin Outcomes
The current coin script chooses one of five outcomes:
- A random +2 visible armor piece from its Lunar Midnight, Heated Hatred, and Thaumaturgist reward pool.
- Visage of a Random Illusion.
- An additional item reward: view the item.
- Your health is reduced to 1 HP.
- You are teleported to the vinyl destination in Beholder.
There is also an independent 10% chance to gain 1 AA point, in addition to the selected outcome.
The coin is consumed before the outcome is applied. Use it when you can handle a sudden teleport or a drop to 1 HP.
