Brell's Arena Guide

Brell's Arena runs the Around the World in 80 Waves event through Mike, The Grand Arena Marshall.

Starting The Event

Hail Mike for the event popup. Say READY to begin or continue. Progress is tracked per character, so leaving the zone does not erase the current wave.

Mike supports these commands:

READY - begin or continue to the next wave.
CHECK - show current progress.
SELECT - after completion, choose a wave to replay.
LIST - show selectable wave links after completion.
RESET - after completion, reset current progress back to wave 0.

Wave Structure

The event has 81 total waves. The script builds most waves from growing lists of NPC IDs and uses special boss waves at:

Wave 21: Hates Heat
Wave 41: Echo Bikini Kill
Wave 61: Prison Lord Noryx
Wave 81: The Fabled Ghoul Assassin

Mike spawns each wave around the player in a circle. Defeat the spawned wave, return to Mike, and say READY again to continue.

Rewards

The final event rewards listed in Mike's popup are:

Omni Device - item 31669.
Wave Baby title suffix.
Experience and platinum.

The Omni Device can summon a short-lived helper while out of combat. That helper offers travel links and a blessing option. The blessing affects the player, pet, group, bots, and bot pets.

Replay Unlock

After completing the final wave, wave selection unlocks permanently for that character. Use SELECT and LIST with Mike to replay specific waves.

Pet Pressure

Several Brell's Arena bosses use the shared arena_pet_pressure plugin. Echo Bikini Kill, Prison Lord Noryx, and The Fabled Ghoul Assassin all apply extra pressure during combat, with the final boss using the highest tick amount in the active scripts.
