You need to collect their heads combine it in tier upgrade kit and bring combined item back to Envoy of Sel'Rheza.

You will receive New shard, in which you right click it to head into the Void.

Void is a hub zone, at this point you also unlock Shadeweaver Thicket.

The Above NPCs you farm heads from can drop: Loot: Don't Touch me there! (Aggro decrease) + Moonlit Embrace (Shield Aggro) + Respective Head + Essence (Corresponds to Zone)

Notable Loot

While killing trash, keep an eye out for Essence of Neriak A, B, and C - you will want to collect 10, find a brew barrel, make combine, once you have combine for all 3, combine those in brew barrel to obtain Type 8 Augment.
Rinse repeat for as many augs as you are wanting.
Hunter Tokens - keep an eye out for these, you NEED A LOT.
