Overthere

Overthere is the access step into Howling Stones and the home of Emperor Rile Sathir's custom remains encounter.

Howling Stones Access

Hail Neriah Dawnbinder to receive Howling Stones Access.

Task work:

Kill 25 Chelsithians.
Loot 10 [royal remain] from Chelsithian Bone Collectors.
Deliver one royal remain to Neriah.
Defeat High Priest of Chelsith.

After the Howling Stones access item is turned in, Neriah assigns the next task, Rockin' The Royals, to the player or group.

Remains of a King

The Overthere remains accept [A paradoxical blade of generations]. Once your character has done that hand-in, hailing the remains can spawn Emperor Rile Sathir, Crusader of Greenmist again after the cooldown.

Emperor Rile Sathir

Rile is a heavier custom fight:

Every 90 seconds he rotates between blade and fallen-fleet spell pressure.
Every 80 seconds he summons undead marines around himself.
The undead marines have a large old-world spell/rune loot table and are worth cleaning up.

Notable drops:

[The Ring of an Emperor] - 50%.
[Blade of Rile] - 50%.

Undead marine notes:

They can drop classic spell pages, runes, and caster materials.
They also have frequent drops like [Guard of the Marines] and [Shadowed Spear].

Access Forward

Neriah can also handle the follow-up letter path and reward [Key to Emerald Jungle].

Next zone: Howling Stones.
