Hand [https://shadowedeclipse.com/?a=item&id=638] to the lesser disturbance. The script marks the task step complete and tells you to hail it to proceed. On hail, it spawns the next Siren Cycle boss from its internal list.

After the hand-in, hail lesser disturbance to trigger the Siren Cycle. The hail has a 10 minute cooldown. When triggered, it spawns the siren bosses across the way:
Each boss death signals the zone controller with a different signal value. The controller uses those signals to advance the cycle and spawn the next pieces.

Siren Cycle bosses drop [https://shadowedeclipse.com/?a=item&id=640 Piece of the Key to Floor 4] and related key materials used in the broader Velious/Tower progression. The Wakening Lands key piece is tied to the Tower of Frozen Shadows progression, so finish the already documented Tower floors as needed before moving to Wakening.
At HP thresholds it can spawn minions, including NPC 1733. Expect the fight to punish passive boxing or sloppy positioning; it is built as an active encounter with drain, spells, adds, and immunity logic.
