Kill Loda Kai for "the hunt is on" which you right click to get a kill quest
Collect 20 of each of the following
20 A dusty Finger Bone (Undead Mobs)
20 A Saurek Hide (Rockhopper Mobs)
20 A Broken Pincer (Beetle Mobs)
20 A Glowing Rapier (Loda Kai Mobs)
20 Tribal Rune (Gor Tako / Shak Mobs)

Note

You need to combine 10 in your tier upgrade kit to create 1 large
Need 2 large of each to combine in tier upgrade kit for Symbol of the Shadeweaver
Turn into Envoy, you'll get it back and a singular flame
Take the flame to enhanced firefall seer way up North to trigger event.
